About
A privately owned commercial real estate brokerage built around direct involvement, clear advice, and helping our clients make informed real estate decisions.
Who We Are
NorStone Commercial Realty works with property owners, business owners, tenants, private investors, and developers throughout Southern California.
We help owners sell and lease properties, assist businesses with finding and negotiating space, represent buyers and investors looking for opportunities, and work with developers on land acquisitions and development projects.
Our involvement often goes beyond simply finding a property or completing a transaction. We help clients evaluate pricing, financing, permitted uses, development potential, lease terms, and other factors that can affect the decision.
For development and redevelopment opportunities, we can also assist with site selection, underwriting, due diligence, feasibility, and the entitlement process.
How We Work
Our approach is hands on and practical. We take the time to understand what each client is trying to accomplish before recommending a path forward.
We stay involved throughout the process and help coordinate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, contractors, engineers, and other professionals when needed.
Our goal is to give clients the information they need to make a good decision, even when that decision does not immediately lead to a transaction.
Why NorStone
The NorStone name represents two ideas that are important to how we work.
“Nor” comes from the idea of a north star, providing direction and helping clients navigate important real estate decisions.
“Stone” represents having a strong foundation and building relationships based on trust, consistency, and doing the right thing.
Those ideas are the foundation of how we want to work with every client. Be a reliable guide, give clear advice, and build relationships that last beyond a single transaction.
About the Founder
CA DRE #02007945
I started working in real estate full time in my early twenties as a residential agent, selling homes alongside my parents. After a couple of years, I realized residential real estate was not the path I wanted to stay on, so I joined a commercial brokerage and started from the ground up, leasing small retail and office spaces throughout the Inland Empire.
From there, I worked my way into larger and more complex assignments. Over the past ten years, I have represented small business owners, startups, private investors, family offices, real estate developers, and corporate users at publicly traded companies.
The size of the assignment may change, but my approach stays the same. I take the time to understand what the client actually needs, identify the best path forward, and stay involved throughout the process.
I started NorStone Commercial Realty because I wanted to work directly with my clients and have the freedom to give them clear and honest advice. The Market Watch page on this site reflects that approach. I share my opinion of what a property is worth based on the market, even when another brokerage has the listing. If I believe a property is priced above the most recent comparable sales, I can say that clearly and explain why.
My primary focus is industrial real estate throughout the Inland Empire, Orange County, and Los Angeles County, while also helping clients with a wide range of commercial property needs.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my wife and our three kids. I also enjoy cooking, traveling, playing golf, and anything related to motorsports.
Whether you are considering a sale, looking for space, evaluating a property, or just want a second opinion, reach out. We are happy to talk through what you are working on and help you determine the next step.
