You should never take a licensee's word for their own standing, including ours. You can independently confirm our license status, expiration date, and whether any disciplinary action exists at no cost:
California law requires real estate licensees to disclose the agency relationship in a transaction, whether we represent the buyer or tenant, the seller or landlord, or both parties. We will provide the required written agency disclosure before you enter into a representation agreement, and we will confirm in writing which party we represent in any given transaction.
Simply visiting this website, submitting a form, or receiving information from us does not create an agency or brokerage relationship. That relationship begins only with a signed written agreement. See our Terms of Use for more.
Property details published on this website, including lot size, building square footage, zoning, permitted use, pricing, and availability, come from public records, listing brokers, and other sources we consider reliable but have not independently verified. We do not warrant their accuracy or completeness, and availability changes without notice.
Buyers and tenants should independently verify all material facts through their own due diligence, including inspections, survey, title review, zoning confirmation with the relevant municipality, and environmental assessment where the property's use warrants it.
Some properties we discuss are listed for sale or lease by brokerages other than NorStone. Where that is the case, the listing brokerage is identified alongside the property. We are not the listing broker on those properties and do not represent the seller or landlord. Our role is representing buyers and tenants who wish to pursue them.
Any estimate of value we provide is a broker's opinion of value based on comparable market activity. It is not an appraisal, is not prepared by a licensed or certified appraiser, and does not conform to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. If you need an appraisal for financing, litigation, tax, or estate purposes, you should engage a licensed California appraiser.
