What information this website collects, what happens to it, and the choices you have.
Effective date: July 30, 2026 · Last updated: July 30, 2026
This website, norstonecre.com, is operated by NorStone Commercial Realty Inc., a California licensed real estate corporation (CA DRE# 02447151), founded and operated by Ramses Nava (CA DRE# 02007945). We are a commercial real estate brokerage serving Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, and Los Angeles counties.
Throughout this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to NorStone Commercial Realty Inc. "You" refers to anyone who visits this website or submits information through it.
If you have questions about this policy or about information we hold about you, contact us at info@norstonecre.com.
This website has several forms. Depending on which one you use, we may collect:
You choose what to submit. Email is required on every form, and name is also required on inquiry forms. Other fields are optional unless a form says otherwise.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding general traffic patterns.
As of the effective date above, we do not run advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics tools on this site. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. We do not trade or rent lead lists.
This applies specifically to phone numbers and SMS consent: we never sell, rent, trade, or transfer your phone number or your text-message consent to any third party or affiliate for their own use. Your phone number is shared only with the service providers listed below, who process it on our behalf solely to deliver the communications you asked us for.
We share information with service providers who help us operate this website and our business. They may only use it to provide services to us. The categories and current providers are:
| Provider | What it does and what it receives |
|---|---|
| Netlify | Hosts this website and processes form submissions. Receives everything you submit through a form, plus standard technical data such as your IP address. |
| GoHighLevel | Our customer relationship management and communications platform. Receives your form submission so we can respond, follow up, and send the emails or texts you asked for. |
| Google Fonts | Delivers the typefaces used on this site. Your browser requests font files from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. |
| CARTO and OpenStreetMap | Provide the map imagery on our Market Watch page. Your browser requests map tiles from their servers, which means they receive your IP address when that page loads. |
We may also disclose information when we reasonably believe it is required to comply with law, a subpoena, or a regulatory request; to enforce our rights; or to protect the safety of any person. If our business is ever sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not use cookies to track you across other websites, and we do not place advertising cookies on this site. Our hosting provider may set cookies strictly necessary to deliver the site securely. The third-party services listed above may set their own cookies when their content loads.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you from using this site.
California law requires us to tell you whether third parties may collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site.
We do not authorize any third party to collect information about you across other websites through this site. However, the third-party services listed above (Google, CARTO, and OpenStreetMap) receive your IP address when your browser loads their content, and their own privacy practices govern what they do with it.
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no industry-agreed standard for how websites should respond to it. Because we do not track visitors across other websites or serve targeted advertising, we do not currently take any additional action in response to Do Not Track signals.
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@norstonecre.com with your request and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity first. Note that we may need to retain certain records to meet our recordkeeping obligations as a licensed California real estate brokerage.
Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link. You can also email us and ask to be removed. We will still be able to reply to you about an active inquiry or transaction.
We only send text messages to people who separately agreed to receive them. Consent is never required in order to work with us. To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message, or email us. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Whether the CCPA applies to a given business depends on statutory thresholds that a small brokerage like ours may not meet. Regardless, we honor requests to access, correct, and delete personal information as described above, we do not sell or share your personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for making a request.
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and satisfy legal, tax, and real estate licensing recordkeeping requirements. Records of consent to receive text messages are retained as documentation of that consent. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details.
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we use reputable providers with their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank account details, or financial statements through the forms on this site. If we need documents like that during a transaction, we will arrange a secure method.
This website is intended for business and commercial real estate purposes and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Our Market Watch page and other pages may reference or link to properties, brokerages, or resources operated by others. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any site we do not operate.
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will post a notice on this page for at least 30 days, and where we have your email address and the change affects you, we will notify you by email. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
